Bright colors and hard work. AV Mrs. Spurgeonls art classes worked hard and completed many different projects this year. In addition to teaching the funda- mentals and principles of such things as drawing, painting, sculpt- ing, and Cartooning, she also at- tempted to teach students to be aware of their surroundings. The courses you can take in this area are Art I-Il, which is a one year course. Then there are the ceramics, textile design, and other such courses. Leftg Terri Aldridge and Jenny Anderson get a laugh out of someone's artwork. Rightg Susie Pfleeger and Gary Reynolds ex- periment with a Mamiya-Sekor.
