New Cub parks Interest This year, with French added to the curriculum, Wapahani also added a new club. The Foreign Language Club, with co-sponsors Mrs. Carter and Mrs. Keever, was a big success. Over 70 students par- ticipated in the new organization. The Foreign Language Club,s plans included meals fixed by both French and Spanish students. and club sponsored picnics. Year sounded great for choirs The four choirs here at Wapahani have developed into a major enter- taining factor. Under the leadership ofMrs. Donna Pcrsonett the Swing Choir. Girls Ensemble, Girls Choir and Concert Choir have all per- formed in our area at one time or another. The choirs kept with tradition by performing at the annual Christmas and Variety shows. The Swing Choir traveled a great deal as they performed far and near. The Swing Choir is one ofthe most exclusive of the choirs as there are only sixteen members and one must have an au- dition before they're even consid- ered.
