Performance With Pride The raider band marched it's way through another summer. With a lot of hard work, they continued their traditional high rankings among the state fair contenders by earning a fourth place position. Heat and rain made the day uncomfortable, but did not stop the band or crowd. Both groups carried out usual band day activities. The crowd watched and cheered as the band condensed all their summer 5 ? be 5: L , . practices into a four minute show. Again the feeling of pride came over everyone as they watched the band march up to the starting line. Colorful flags. twirling rifles and sparkling knives added a touch of excitement to the bands music. At the end of the show the crowd was on its feet.
