Junior Class Has Many “Firsts” This year's Junior class has. like most Junior classes, experienced many firsts. like going to the Junior Senior, taking the SAT. and getting rings. But there are also some other firsts this year’s class has to its credit It is the class with which the honors pro- gram was initiated, and they are taking the diffi- cult courses designed for advanced students. It has been said that the Junior year is always the hardest, so without a doubt, this class can attest to that This year's class is also the first required to have twenty two credits to graduate. Overall, the Junior year is the busiest and har- dest. as one finally starts to decide on colleges and his future; this seems like an insurmountable task to some, but the choices usually become clearer as time goes on. It sometimes feels like it is impossible for anyone to survive the tough classes most Juniors take, but it is always worth it in the end when one can say he's a Senior! Lunch is the best time for these Juniors to catch up on the latest gossip about everything! Anna Hamrick pretends to do her English classwork. 10 OPENING Troy takes a break from yearbook layouts to find the photographer practicing his aim. Margaret, you look tired and practice hasn’t even started yet! Cliff lets his point be known and George doesn't attempt to disagree.
