SUPERINTENDENTS MESSAGE The youth of today face a future that has much to challenge their best efforts. We do not know what the future holds in store for them. We do know that there is a great difference between success and failure. lt could be one little task left undone or per- haps one of not doing the best job of which one is capable. Achievement in any line of endeavor is the natural result of ability and experience, plus opportunity. Self initiative is' the motivating force within us that creates a desire for a better life and at the same time permits us to develop the habits, attitudes and skills necessary to build a successful future. Let each young person who steps out in to the world today, take heed as to his own character a nd then look out for the character of his associates.
