ar 'Qi Among these are the International Baccalaureate program designed to offer students a rigorous curriculum and opportunity for advancement upon graduation. The Tutorial pro- gram offers help to those students struggling through a course. A substitution for cokes must be found as carbonated drinks are not allowed to be sold during lunch hours. Social changes are also prevalent. Styles and fads, such as new wave clothing and breakdancing, are sweeping the nation. Teen clubs are fl 'haw ' i springing up all over and LeMans game room continues to be a fre- quented gathering place for Waltrip students. Cable television has tremendous popularity with the emergence of HBO and other movie networks. Music has been revolu- tionized by the cable creation of MTV - the nation's first channel to show rock videos simulcast in stereo. These are the changing times in every form and variation. Waltrip is proud to have been a part of these changes over the past 25 years and will continue to set high social and academic standards in the future.
