Spear Understudy to High School Principal understudies take over I would like to extend my congratulations to the Class of 1982 from Walton Central School. It seems like so many years ago when you were sophomores, and I was the new principal. Now that your graduation is at hand, I can only be with you in spirit as I assume my new position in the West Genesee Central Schools. When we started together, there were so many things to be done. You had three years of high school, and I had my first principalship. Many things have changed during this time; good athletic teams, suc- cessful music programs, new curricular studies and a renovated building without a breezeway. School pride and spirit has continued to grow with enthusiastic com- munity support. I have been lucky in my career, and Walton Central has given me many fond memories. The community, staff and students have always been supportive. The Class of 1982 has played an important part in my happy memories about Walton, and I wish you all the very best. Peter M.
