WALron, 'lo On the cover of this yearbook are depicted graduates at the cross roads of life For us at Walton Central the choice of the proper road to take 1S difficult for as you can see from the map above we are not situated on important routes of travel and thus have not been in contact with all great events much of life has passed us by Being surrounded by hills we measure our horizons by the tops of the nearest of these We are hemmed in geographically in much the say this will all soon change In June the class of 1955 will cease to exist as a unit except for school and alumni records Many of us will travel these roads beyond the encircling hills and will oon be on our own The vistas opening to us will tend to overwhelm some of us but if we will only think back on our past and make use of what we have learned and know from our clo1stered life at school we w1ll realize that this is nothing new to Problems and their solutions are much the same as we have met before they merely appear greater in the strange and enlarged sur roundings 2 s HM Rf.
