ln Memoriam Francis J. Champagne I925- l 972 On April 23, I972 Walfham Senior High School mourned fhe loss of Mr. Frank Cham- pagne, cusfodian and carpenfer. He was unfailingly helpful, and he proved himself a friend fo sfaff and sfudenfs alike. His efforfs, his warmfh, and, above all, his presence will be a keenly felf loss fo our communify. Wilfred F. Sf. Marfin, Sr. i923-i972 The enfire sfudenf body, faculfy, and adminisfrafive sfaff af Walfham Vocafional High School were shocked by fhe sudden and unfimely deafh of Bill Sf. Marfin af fhe age of forfy-nine. An educafor in fhe field of elecfronics af Walfham Vocafional High School for fhirfeen years, his 'devofion and achievemenfs were indeed nofeworfhy. He enioyed feaching and mainfained excellenf discipline and class confrol. He was also mosf fair and undersfanding for which his sfudenfs held him in high esfeem and regarded him as a warm human being. Sfaff members will miss Bill Sf. Marfin for his cooperafion in everyfhing fhaf concerned fhe good of fhe school, for his dedicafion fo his sfudenfs and fo fhe cause of vocafional educafion. An infecfious sense of humor, combined wifh infegrify and an excellenf com- mand of his specialfy, will long endear him fo us. In paying final fribufe, we know fhaf fhe memory of Bill Sf. Marfin will linger forever in fhe minds and hearfs of all fhose who were privileged fo have known him. Walfham Voca- fional High School suffered a greaf loss in his passing. To his wife Marjorie and fo his six sons and daughfer, we exfend deep and hearffelf sympafhy. Joseph Thibeaulf I9 l 6- l 972 Mr. Joseph Thibeaulf devofed over fhirfy years of service fo fhe cify of Walfham. When he died on January 3l of fhis year, he was Supervisor of Affendance for fhe Walfham School Deparfmenf, a posifion which he fulfilled wifh efficiency, decency and undersfand- ing. He will be missed by his colleagues and by fhe sfudenfs of Walfham.
