The easygoing activities of orienta- tion week soon became the ttreality shocktt of academics. Teams 1, 2, and 4 passed out team syllabuses with ob- jectives, piles of handouts were dis- tributed, term paper became a bad word, and we were soon exceeding our normal parameters of dynamic equilibrium! Then came the first, sec- ond, and third degree small group ses- sions, IPR in ADL, Dr. Ashmorets ttcohesivett lectures and 47 tape re- corders died during a 1-to-1.
