Rep Reject Exec Coun il Vote Operating under a new constitu- tion, the Representative Council met once a week to decide policy on mat- ters important to the student body. Among the revisions in the Consti- tution are provisions for the new election of representatives at the beginning of each semester and for the impeachment of lackadaisical Reps. Among the topics discussed was an anti-discrimination resolu- tion which the Council finally passed.
