TRACK TEAM The same snow which hampered baseball de- terred the Spartan track team, but practice in early March prepared for a second year in Bi- County competition starting with a meet with Northwood and High Point in April. Six letter- men, Warren Price in the high jump, John Mur- dock putting the shot, Dick Dunlap, Richard Hart- ley, and Chuck Carter in the dashes, and Dave Robinson in the pole vault, returned.
