Daddy Hayes He can De seen strolling around the halls, peeking his head into classes and standing watch over A-D Intersection. He is known to all at Page, students and faculty alike, as a fine educator and a great friend. His bright smile, witty remarks and educated understanding in all situations are his trademarks. This could De no other than lVlr. Flobert EB. Hayes, or as known to some, Daddy Hayes. lVlr. Hayes is the Assistant Principal of Instruction at Page. He is deeply involved with the curriculum and works closely with the teach- ers in creating an outstanding academic atmosphere. He has been at Page for five years and in this short time he has started the Police Laison Club, worked closely with the NDAE, and been an avid support- er of the Pine Arts and Athletic department, Last year lVlr. Hayes was awarded with the Ben l.. Smith Teacher of the Year for his outstanding accomplishments at Page. lVlr. Dlendenin describes him as a super, dedicated, professional educator, lVlr. Hayes is not only a great educator out has also spent a large amount of his time involving himself in the lives of the students. He is always willing to lend a hand whenever it is needed, whether it is during the mad rush of registration or the prayer and meditation sessions in his office. He is respected and admired greatly by the student body. lt is oecause of his devoted and loving interest in the growth and well oeing of our school that we dedicate the 'I 975- 'l E379 Buccaneer to lVlr.
