with current events This year’s history classes at Page studied man’s past in order to gain a perspective of the present and the future. juniors delved into American his¬ tory with the aid of educational tele¬ vision. This course enlarged their scope of our country’s growth from the time of its discovery until today. Seniors studied world history, rang¬ ing from the earliest cavemen to ways of life throughout the world today. They also discussed their parallel reading in relation to their studies. Current events classes gave stu¬ dents the opportunity to increase their knowledge of world affairs. All these studies added to the students’ interests.
