combine efforts for progress Through the capable leadership of Mr. Med- lin, Page has in three years become well known throughout North Carolina. His willingness to help in any situation, and the excellent way he has led Page’s students is evident in every grad¬ uate. A wish for a better understanding of their children’s progress has aroused a response from the parents through the P.T.S.A. and other or¬ ganizations. Parent-Teacher-Student Association, in co-operation with Mr. Medlin and the school board, headed by Mr. Philip Weaver, tied par¬ ents and students together in the united cause of education. Meetings of the school board and concerned parents were influential in passing a school bond which will enable Page to add a new classroom wing and auditorium. PHILIP J.
