Harriers Prepare For Season To prepare our team to compete against the best teams in Northeastern Ohio we must run competitively from january to june. lndoor Track is essential to our preparation. So says Mr. john Hasenstab, head coach of Indoor Track. Indoor Track is, basically, an intensive preparation and work out for the regular track season, which begins in March. Indoor Track begins in january and ends in March. The other coaches were Mr. Andrew Thomas and Mr. Pat Ritchie, who was coach for the long distance runners. arsity The 1984 Varsity Track Team came through with a winning season. The team finished the season with an 11-0 record in dual meets, and four new Walsh records were set. Six team members competed in the State Track Meet. Rick Luby turned in the best performance, finishing 3rd in the 3200 meter run. With many returning letterman, the 1985 team promises another excellent season. gay. we A
