Class Hlstory At long last our Freshman year had come and we were entering high school as the first Freshman Class in the new building. Our class consisted of seven girls and eleven boys Barbara Booth, Nancy Perham, Lois Phelps, Judy Williams, Nancy Williams, Pat Staples, Shirley Bryant, Bobby Rogers, Harry Westcott, Tom y Russell, Jimmy Fowler, Art Hill, Bruce Dawley, Peter McKenzie, Chippy Faxon, Louie Thompson, Bob Staples, and Harold Pobbins. Our accomplishments for our Freshman year were first prize on our class float, Mother Goose, and second prize for room decoration at the School Fafr. In our Sophomore year we lost Harry Westcott, Chippy Faxon, Bobby Rogers, Jim y Fowler, Nancy Williams, Louie Thompson, and we gained Beverly Messer, Judy Metcalf, Jerry White, and Dianne Schiff This year our class float, Show Boat, though it did not win us a prize, gave us the oppor nity to work together one project Although we did not have a chance to put on any large money making projects, we were able to sneak in a few record hops when the Juniors and Seniors were not looking. We started our Junior year with high hopes of being more successful than in our previous years of high school. Our class float won first prize again this year and we used as This year we lost three Harry Westcott, Harold Robbins, and Jerry White, in return we gained three Louise Chaloux, Karen Frederiksen and Duke Vaillancourt Our CARNIVAL BALL in May was a success, at least in fun if not in profit. We had the concession on John Deere Day We also sponsored dances that were not too successful of then, we had not acquired the Midas Touch We started our Senior year off with our goal to have a successful yearbook and to go on a class trip in April. Losing Duke Vaillancourt this year it left our class with a total of lu members. Again this year our class float, The Four Freedoms, won us a prize, only this year it was third. We have sponsored a few dances and food sales this year which, to our relief, have been more successful than in past years. Also 'we have been having the concession at the Saturday night dances in the Town Hall, which are sponsored by Allan Kendall We are extending our many thanks to all who have made this yearbook possible. . tu on . our theme The Jimmy Fund. .
