She worked at Sexton's Drug Store before her work as secretary here. She now has a full time job managing her family and being a com- petent secretary for the veterans. L4 Ki. '- s. xl Mrs. Lucy McCormick Mrs. Gilliam, a 1943 alumna of Walnut Ridge High School, began work as secretary in high school July 17, 1949. Before coming here she worked for the O. P. A. during the war and as deputy county clerk. She enjoys her work and has proven herself to be efficient in her work in the superintendents office. -A Mrs. Catherine Gilliam Mrs. Rider, a 1949 graduate of 'Walnut Ridge High School, began work as high school secretary in January of 1951. .She worked at Sloan's Department Store before mov- ing to Rock Falls, Illinois, where she was private secretary at the Chester Company.
