Walnut l-lills welcomed to its faculty this year Miss Victoria lvianoulcian. Holding the important office of counselor for seventh and eighth graders, she helps lower school students adiust academically and socially to high school life. Miss Manoukian is also a sponsor of Junior Student Council. Counselor for upper school boys is Mr. Carl O. Peets. To seniors seeking advice about colleges he gives valuable as- sistance, to many others having a wide variety of problems he offers guidance and understanding. Another of Mr. Peets' duties is to supervise Big Brothers and Student Council. The secretaries aid administrators by handling daily attend- ance and the many college transcripts.
