Class '73 Where are you? WALNUT HILL SCHOCL requests the pleasure of the company of the Class of 1973 at a reception to celebrate the opening of THE GRAND COLOSI DAM It appears that Jennie, renowned woman engineer, has, saved Walnut Hill from the raging waters of Lake Louise by building the Dam, in recognition of her tenth anniversary of graduation. R.S.V.P.: Patty Homer, always the first to reply, re- grets. Patty is nowi house mother of Manor House at Brooks School and says she's awfully sorry, but The boys just won't let me go. Jeamiette Faunce, working for the U.N., translates Annegret Haase's emphatic nein! and sends it back with her own refusal. Lexi Meyers, having received a copy of the menu, replies, Sorry, too many calories? Benedicte Johnson jots down a few lines in reply: No, No There's too much snow l don't think l'll go. Sue Goldhammer, recently arrested for indecent ex- posure, and Margot Swenson, who was stopped for speeding, replied, No way . Sammy Hibhard sends regrets. She is too Tuckered out. Mary Shriner is too busy sewing her seeds in Texas. Airmail regrets arrive from Lisa Fabbricotti. in Ba- wanga where she is teaching Pygmies to grow Peppers, and from -Sue Duane on Bora-bora fa Tahitian Islandj where she does exotic dances while waiting for Mr. Christian to arrive. Cindy Mushnick and Sue Rosenbaum, famous belly and ballet dancers reply they're sorry, but their careers are just too much. Winnie Willard, deep South disc jockey replies Sounds heavy, but I've already got a gig. Jennifer Cracknell, well-known female jockey, has a previous engagement at the Kentucky Derby. Mama de Bretto fCarolJ is cooking spaghetti in Italy, while Debbie Nevilinni is rearranging furniture at the Royal Palace. Obviously both are too busy to come. Regrets are sent by Sue Brayshay and Mary Elliot in the midst of judging an intense courtroom dramag The State vs. Ward. Sally Ward was accused of illegal smoking and is being defended by Connie Novick. Annegret Haase, Joanne Glidden and Judy Prince cannot make it because they're busy rehearsing with the Philharmonic Orchestra. Diane Nakashian regrets she is busy rewriting the nation's College Board exams. Linda Greenbaum prefers to take her Toddlers to McDonalds. Norma Ramirez will be walking with Julio down by the schoolyard. Jeanette Worthen cannot come. She was asked to be a member of the Russian Dance Company and will be taking an 8-hour trip. Debbie Angus is designing Zebra wallpaper and will be too busy co-ordinating the stripes. Cathy Cullen regrets she is in the middle of con- structing her home for Senior citizens. Janet Ross can't come. It's mating season on her turkey farm. Dulce Jones has been confined to her wheelchair with a bad back. Becky Haydock will be at Longwood for the week. M. J. Harris says sorry. She is very involved in the truckin' industry. Laurie Zeiser, because of her Walnut Hill acquaint- ances, has become a gym teacher and coach and just can't get away. Nor can Margie Amos who is writing Tall Stories with Warren Peace. Sally Nee, the first female astronaut, sends her regrets, for she will be in orbit at the time. Tracy Gilday sends a post card from Hollywood saying that she'll take a week off from replacing Jim Lang on The Dating Game to return and give an extensive talk on dating do's and don'ts.
