KE P CN TRUCKIN The Girl's Athletic Association is composed of spirited and athletic-minded girls competing in five different sports. Miss Judy Mallozzi, the advisor, coached volleyball, basketball, and softball. Mrs. Kathy Torosian coached tennis, and Mrs. Judy Manthorne coached badminton. Aside from competing, the girls had other activities. There were two candy sales, both were very successful. ln Decem- ber, G.A.A. had their Christmas party in the girls' shower and locker room. Afterwards, some of the girls went carol- ing. The sixth annual awards banquet was held at the end of the year. Everyone had a good time, especially the ones who received trophies. Miss Mallozzi felt that the morale of the club was high this year. The players were more spirited, energetic, and respon- sible. With the experience of the old, the vitality of the new, the girls were more successful in sports, and they accom- plished more as a club. Top: G.A.A. Below: Kandy Moe smiles after making a point.
