'l'l xilllliiqq XL if 'mi 'Y A-Ill C , This year the CAYUSE Staff included a special section on awards because it is our belief that many people in the past have not received deserved recognition for their academic accomplishment. In attempting to cover a school year's events, we wanted to recognize those who would oth- erwise go unnoticed for their efforts and success through four years of high school, as well as all other facets of school life. Following is a list of Special School Awards given for 1973-74: John Gris- wold, English, Foreign Languages - Chris Mings, French, John Sammis, German, Sandy Person, Spanish, Debbie Orth, Journalism!Newspaper, Debbie Burdick and Beverly Brown, Mathematics, Monica Cervera, Librarianship.
