The important year of 1946 rolled around and the time had come when we could enter the dours of Walnut Grove as dignified Seniers.t Five members withdrew during the sum er. They were James Car- son, Virginia Holloway, Bill Presser, Ruth Zetter- burg and Harlan Hott who was inducted into the army. We chose Marian Nogglo to be our sponsor, Kenneth Klotz, president, William Lehr, vice presb ident, and Betty Ceokman, secretary-treasurer. Joh Nance withdrew the first semester which left a graduating class of 17. We held a class party at the home of Joyce Wright. A class play entitled Nwedding Spellsn was presented with huge success on March 22. We were the guests of the Junior class on a Hiller Tour of Chicago. Everyone had a very enjoyable time. The main event was a party at the Riviera Club Our graduation exercises were held April 18. In closing we leave all our good wishes to the teachers and underclassmen of Walnut Grove and we take with us all our fond remembranecs of school days bearing in mind our motto nNot Sunset but Dawnn. :klii'Lr't:,r v'-A rr'-41 Q 1 J, --1, 14, r I
