Active DECA brings DECA was one of the most active organizations at Wallace-Rose Hill. Activi- ties which DECA participated in included local contests such as public speaking and job interviews, district contests, district and state leadership conferences, and the career development conference in Miami, Florida. Other activities which they participated in were celebrating National DECA week and giving a dance. Raising money through the sale of spirit buttons, bumper stickers, and Bulldog seat cushions helped to promote the production of the annual. Other fund-raising projects included sock hops and the W-RH Annual Staff Radio Show.
