Amway-me ?w44- Hello . . . Hi there! So went the newly begun Hi Day where every freshman had to speak to everyone he met. This frosh class of 55-56 seems to be the friendliest to enter their last steps to education yet. As they are the largest class, the freshmen had to settle the traffic jams in the halls. The problem was solved by labeling one stairway Down and the other, Up, This was especially needed at noon when all feet bounded to the recreation room on the main floor. There, they danced, played ping-pong, checkers, and pool. At times tournaments for these games were held. A mixer for the junior High was very successful. Every two weeks the class rolled off another edition of their paper. Interest in it was high because so much happened that the gossip was never dead. This class has had a busy year with Larry Ritter, Sandra Mithaug, and Mary Ann Fudge leading them, and, as they opened the door to their high school career, they knew there would be much to look forward to.
