Church Banner Scandel Concerning the Church banner issue of Fall Quarter, I believe the banner in question was caused to disappear through a decree by the Editor of the COLLEGIAN. This was done to prop- agate dissention and discussion among the college population. This should not be tolerated. The COLLE- GIAN should not be permitted to Create its own issues.
