Food during che week is served in cafeteria style, but on Sabbaths the American plan of serving is carried out. Mrs. VanAusdle always strives to render efficient service and provide a balanced diet. Approximately thirty girls find work in the laundry, which is efficiently operated by Mrs. Gertrude Wheeler. In addition to the school-home laundry, commercial work is done. Mrs. Wheeler also directs all the janitor Work con- nected with the administration buildings. The Laundry
