Legislative Assembly has had a year of mixed accomplishments, handling worthwhile legislation, while at the same time experiencing the need for better- regulated assemblies and more clearly defined areas of authority. The work of committees formed to orient new students and to revise the Blue Book were specif ic accomplishments. Student Court has continued the process of revision and improvement which began last year. Procedures, enforcement, and the effectiveness of the Court have been greatly improved; improvement will continue as more students support the Court ' s attitudes.
