The record of the Walla Walla High School contained in the pages of the 58 Royal Blue ' is a record of achievement. It should be a source of real satisfaction to the faculty and to the students to read of these ac¬ complishments both ot the time the annuals ore distributed this school year and in the years to come, Ac¬ tually; you will cherish this record more in the years to come because the memories contained in it will be¬ come increasingly more significant. May I congratulate the annual staff for the high quality of this year s publication. Congratulations also to the graduating Seniors and a sincere wish to them for the most in success and happiness in the future. Arthur D. Jones Superintendent The publication of the Royal Blue is o tangible example of the in¬ dustry and initiative of Wa-Hi stu¬ dents, The same qualities that hove been shown by the staff in the publi¬ cation of the Royal Blue have also been shown by the majority of the stu¬ dents of Wa-Hi. This spirit has made our school one of which we may be justly proud. The class of ’58 is to be congratulat ed for the part it has played in adding to the heritage of Wa-Hi, Your participation in student government, your support of the school organizations and activities, and your willingness to do your best academically will pay good dividends in the future.
