I no dated Student Body endeavoned The Associated Student Body Cabinet began this year by presenting an assembly M Blackboard Jumble” to acquaint the students with their A.S.B. officers and com¬ missioners. For the 1955 Homecoming, the cabinet introduced some new ideas. For the clubs contribution to the Home coming festivities, they set up stationary floats on the school grounds. A serpentine through town to Borleske Field was held the night before the game. A huge bon¬ fire—lighted by the torch of the Senior Class runners— and pep rally were high lights of the evening. The dedication of the Circle Theater in memory of Marshall Alexander and the establishment of a trophy to be awarded in his memory each year at graduation to an outstanding speech student were among Cabinet projects. The Cabinet has been trying this year to lay a foundation for better student government. The A.S.B became a member of the National Association of Stu¬ dent Councils. Plans were made to have an annual meet¬ ing of the Student Councils of the area to discuss mutual problems. The Cabinet is again sponsoring two delegates to the Northwest Student Leadership Training Conference. A.S.B. TICKET SALES. Row U Cherri Baker, Edith Rahn, Darlene Hanley, Patty Malcolm.
