ji.S.%. government The Associated Student Body Cabinet began Its busy and successful year with an assembly the second day of school. Given in the form of a comedy skit, the 1 954- ' 55 officers and new faculty members were introduced Many things were accomplished for the school by the Cabinet this year. They successfully made plans and preparations for the 1954 Homecoming. Something newly introduced was the noise pa¬ rade in which the service clubs participated. Exchange Cabinet meetings were held with Yakima as hosts, and later we entertained Richland ' s cabinet. They were lots of fun, and quite informational. Split assemblies were tried without too much success New frolic regulations were drawn up and carried out. Members of the Cabinet were guests of the Chamber of Commerce Planning Session held in January Two members were assigned to each different committee, thus bringing back many inter¬ esting and helpful suggestions One suggestion that will go into effect next year is the selection of a Junior boy as Fire Chief assistant.
