Alii son, Professor of Military Science and Tactics, and his efficient assistant, Sgl Harold L Mizony, the year ' s history of the corps has been one of evolution rather than revolution Lt. Col, Amel Boldman and the other Cadet officers have shown zeal and efficiency toward winning the 4 ’honor-rating for Wa-Hi this year, as so often in the past The non-commissioned officers and privates have atl done their part as well. The Military Department is now housed In the Industrial Arts Building, the new military offices, store-room, armory, and small-bore range being models of neatness and efficiency It is hoped to have steel arm-racks in the armory before next year, which will complete the installation. All students receive the same amount of training before the Federal Inspection by Lt. CoL Stillwell on May 6., as students no longer are allowed to enter the R.OXC, at mid-year. A military tournament will be held at the Stadium on the night of May 23, with the Wa-Hi R.O.T.C. and the National Guard taking part.
