Jeannie Crawford was the recipient of the honor Other students who were voted to student body posts were: Robert Clodius, Vice-President: Pad Yeend. Secretary; and John Adams, T reasurer. The Cabinet, Legislative Assembly, and Student Court aided the officers in their efficient operation of school affairs. The Cabinet was chosen by the president and assisted her in the carrying out of her duties- As Vice-President, Bob Clodius head¬ ed the Legislative Assembly, which is composed of two representatives from each homeroom. Under the strong hand of Chief Justice Dorsey Googins the Student Court has helped to clear up congested conditions at Wa-Hi Through his efforts a lower or Traffic Court was established, with Sterling LaRue as its head. Under this efficient staff of capable officers and assistants, student government has maintained the same high level for which our high school is r enowned. Page Twelve

Taking their idea from the boys ' clubs in other parts of the state, the adviser and officers drafted a constitution and started the Federation. Saining impetus as time went on r the club is now firmly established. Trying to bring the boys in closer contact with the school so they will receive as many advantages as the school has to offer is one of the main objectives of the Fed¬ eration. Another major purpose is aiding boys whose financial circumstances do not allow them to attend school regularly. A committee secures work and furnishes clothing for these boys. A large delegation of boys attended the Older Boys ' Conference held in Pull¬ man in the spring, and brought back Ideas for the improvement of the Federation ' s work in service to the boys of Wa-HL Officers Alan Romlne ...
