oreword Every individual has a definite per¬ sonality which distinguishes him from his fellow men, a personality which shines from the eyes of his soul and shows to the world the manliness of his character. The personal¬ ity of a school is not made up of a superstructure, a building or equipment, but of the personality of the Facul¬ ty and the students. Wa-Hi, the Student Government School, is distinct among the High Schools of the State. Its personality is sustained by the loyalty and service of the Faculty, and by the self-control, uprightness, and high ideals of the Student Body. The members of the 1928 Royal Blue Staff endeavor to portray the personality of Wa-Hi in its characteristics of service, loyalty, leadership, scholarship, fellowship, sportsman ship, and mirth.

This personality is best portrayed in the spirit of the student leaders who up¬ hold the ideal of self control; in the morale of the classes, which uphold the high standards of the school; in the ser¬ vice of the faculty, whose highest aim is the upbuilding of Wa-Hi, and the development of noble men and women; in the loyalty of the Student Court, which faithfully executes the laws of the Student Body; in the Scholarship of the Honorary Societies of the school; in the activities of the clubs; in the sportsmanship of athletics; in the discipline of the R.
