Something New Walkerton experienced a new dimension in sports this year with the addition of a Junior High Football team, coached by Joe Kreitzman with the assistance of Jerry Rice. The Lions Club generously supplied the team with uniforms. Tommy Klinedinst served the team as manager. The boys on the team worked long and hard, but their efforts were rewarded as they split the season by winning three and losing three. This inexperienced team played against schools who have had football teams for years, but they made a very good showing in all of their games. SCOREBOARD Opponent Rolling Prairie . .
