At the Band S ectacular. Parades, school events and the annual Anahiem Union High School District Band and Drill Team Spectacular kept the Walker marching band on the march. This year the spectacular was under the direction of lVlr. Lance. Walker's pride shone brightly as they marched out onto the field to take their place among the other junior high school bands. The evening 's program at the Big A also included band and drill team half-time shows from all the high schools in the district. It was a spectacular show! With Vocal Music Chamber Choir J rg-.J J. lVlr. Jankel wins a cake! The best buy in town! The Vocal Music Department's Dime A' Dip dinner is a hit! Singing for ours and their own enjoyment, the Vocal Music Department sang at Holiday in Nlusic, VVallcer's Christmas pro- gram, at the Buena Park Nlall during the Christmas holiday and on many other occasions. As a Christmas present to the teachers, they sponsored a raffle, the winner re- ceiving a 550.00 dinner at the Five Crowns, the Brown Derby or Andres. They also sponsored cake sales, dime-a-dip dinners and faculty Iuncheons.
