Class Prophecy One sunny day In lhe middle ol lvlay Being quire disillusioned wilh life, I sailed away To a dislanl bay Near a sweer lillle Island called File. I sighled lhe roclc Which served as lhe doclc And was landing when whal should I see Bul Dinlcy and Ginny Wi+h nary a Guinea Selling lull sail lor lhe sea. I was waving goodbye When a voice from nearby Said lhe Queen wished 'ro see me al once. And on lurning around I beheld lhal 'rhe sound Came from Sammy, dressed up lilce a dunce, Oh yes, from Sammy, dressed up like a dunce. We mounred lhe hill And There mel Lil Who sold souvenirs al lhe gale Bur as I was her lriend Wilh nol' loo much lo spend She sold us her cards al hall rale . . . She had plenTy oT painT Whose smell made us TainT BUT knives were noT one oT her asseTs No, knives were noT one oT her asseTs. In a Tog we sTood Doing no good WiTh This Terrible weighT on our brains When Margie and Johnnie And Didi and Ronnie Came galloping over The plains They came To a droop WiTh a TearTul warwhoop And when asked Trom whence They did sTray They said in bad Franch From Wess's Dude Ranch Where The dudes and The anTelope play. WiTh an inward glow We decided To go And call on our ersTwhile schoolmaTe We saw hoss upon hoss And soon spoTTed Floss ATop an old corral gaTe. 72
