Then in swiTT pursuiT came Minnie The Mermaid lMiss Franzheiml, who had Mr. Vera Rich- ard ably singing her praises. Miss Horgan said she was ln a Dancing Mood, and Miss Barker Told her To Take AnoTher Guess. Miss PeTree did her acrobaTics. 5-.,, ,f anoTher evidence oT The Suns varied abili- Ties. Kim is now ship's docTor on The O Buoy, and by coincidence Jo, lra, Miss Primrose and AgaTha are also There. EveryThing is smooTh sailing unTil Ira, prompTed by Miss Harpey lPaxsonl Tells Jo ThaT Kim is already married To Magnolia ll-linmanl, so ThaT Jo will give lra a break. Troubles Then come Thick and TasT. There is a sTorm and The passengers are wrecked on a cannibal island. They are abouT To be eaTen and The cannibal children lConnick and Laughlinl express Their delighT wiTh a naTive dance. The Chief lMcConnelll Then comes in To announce ThaT if anyone oT Them can cure his gouT he will seT Them all Tree. While Kim is applying his medical skill, Miss Harpey conTesses her Treachery and, as a resulT, Jo and Kim are reuniTed. The chief. now cured, seTs Them all Tree as he promised and, as The curTain Talls, we see Kim and Jo happily rowing away.
