With student, parent, and teacher help, students were givetT the chance to explore interest areas without the pressure ot a grade! Designed to let se¬ lected students do independent work on or off campus, this program provided us with a chance to learn about subjects not offered in the regular classroom. Some student projects this year involved the Fred¬ ericksburg Geomagnetic Center, women in drama, gangsters of the 20 ' s, and comic art. Each student in the program, along with his teacher-advisor evaluated his own or her own study. CAREER EDUCATION COMMITTEE Students at W-G were lucky because we had a Career Education Com¬ mittee.
