Pep Band This small musical group has been in existence for only two years. It consists of 28 musicians who join strictly on a voluntary basis. Their contribution was adding spirit and enthusiasm at home basketball games. Concert Band The concert band is a practice band for the 8th and 9th graders to get them ready for the symphonic band. They present a spring concert to show what they have accom- plished.

S mphonic Band The symphonic band consists of the eighth period music class. This fine group displays splendid and pleasurable Christmas and Spring Concerts which are presented to both students and parents. Exchange assemblies play an important part in the activities of the symphonic band. Band Officers: Ellen Sam, Maryanne Duggan, M-R Laplante, Tom Denniston, Karen Cook, Greg Romanowski, Cheryl Hennig, Mr. Gareau, Debbie Abrams, Ralph Tuomala. This musical group, under the direction of Mr, Laurent Gareau, is composed of 35 high school music students. Their major performance is the annual spring concert. The group has been in existence for 5 years now. For their performance this year, they will be playing such numbers as The Tournament of Temperament by Karl Dittersdolf and an orchestra arrangement of My Fair Lady by Frederick Loewe. The Senior Chorus Chorus Under the direction of Mr. Dan- iel Schwartz, the Waldwick High School chorus consists of seventy- two members. As in past years, the chorus has provided an integral part of the Spring and Winter Concerts. Their repertoire consists of classical, rock and show music.
