Some people find their greatest happiness in their leisure and recreation times with other persons. I have found mine in the times of working with people. The production of a yearbook has meant late hours and frustrations and fears, but it has also meant Working with friends who have cheerfully given up weekends and vacations to work long and hard. It is a good feeling to know that there exist people who can be depended upon, who willingly understand the problems at hand and produce a section with the materials and time available to them. These people have put a part of themselves in the book, they have given of their ideas, their feelings, and their efforts. I have experienced moments of joy when some effort of mine has been openly appreciated, and I wish to make sure that my staff members and assistants realize the appreciation felt for their work. My warmest thanks to Sue Weber and Lin Jeromin who gave me undying aid throughout the year, to Rich Turi who left his mark on every section of the book, to Rich Hankison for an endless amount of photos, to all my section and staff editors who were truly reliable and hard working, to Diane Ross for her closing piece, and to the numerous class members who offered assistance when an emergency arose. Sincere gratitude is given to Mr. Murray, yearbook advisor, for his constant assistance and to Mrs. Lunceford, class advisor, for handling the money. We all have worked to make a memorable yearbook, and I give my final thanks for the opportunity of having this memorable experience. J. M. T., Editor
