CLASS PROPHECI The class of l.9 is having their long planned reunion at the local high school, where lr. and Irs. Francis Harter are the host and hostess. llrs. Harter is superintendent of all the schools in Oregon. Flash! Here comes HILTON OLSEN driving a bus. It seuss that he wants his children to get to school every day, so he has his own bus line. The former JEANINE WATKINS Cwife of llajor llilton Ieomanl has arrived from the Hawaiian Islands, where her husband has been stationed for the past ten years. Senator KDINETH ROLPH has just flown in from leshington, where he was helping the President with lorld Problens. Strangely enough, since Kenny has been help- ing, the world has gone through its worst crisis. MARIE NELSON, a famous movie actress, has forsaken her career as a pharm- clst. She has recently finished the movie 'Life in la1dport. LLOYD HOCKEIIA, with his wife, hrline Larsen, is living in Alsea. Lloyd is the honorable myor of Alsea. ALICE SIDNECKER was seen driving in from Reno, where she divorced her fif- teenth husband. She gets 31000 a month alimony - no wonder she can't stay single! LIAR! THQIIPSON just flew in from Dayton, Ohio. She is a torch singer in one of lhyton's leading night clubs, and only recently nude a hit of the song, 'Three Blind lice. s DLL! Clifej LIRA, who has just arrived from Prescott, Arizona, is the ovmsr of a large French Poodle kennel. TOIIIH BOISHI, known es Hrs. Buck Svere, has arrived with her three sets of twin boys, which she told us.sbout in l.9 . They are still residing on the shores ofthe Alsea River. JOYCE BUKU, married to her 'Lover Boy' Doug Childs fowner of e wrecking agencyl, has arrived frm Washington, were they are residing. BAE! I: SIELK! He is now owner of the laldport Chrysler Garage. Seeing a Cadillac stopping in front of the school, we recognise the millionares of Five Rivers, lr. and llrs. LLOYD E. HYIE fthe former I-sVonne Leekl. The Hyde's now own all of Fisher City and Valley. DH BIIENOUR, All-American Basketball Star, dashes into the building dribbling a basketball. He is presenting free tickets for his next basket- ball sppearance in Kokomo, Indiana. ANNE HAIS is now owner of all the branch telephone offices in Oregon. Just rember it was in l.9 when she was starting as telephone operator in laldport -- she's reaJ.1.y succeeded. SENICB CLASS HISTORY on one bright sunny day in September, 19145, twenty-three ignorant Rocks straggled into Waldport High School, too worried about the ferocious appearing upperclaemen to look ahead through the years to the day they would be looked up to as polished seniors. The surviving members of that Rook class number seven. They are s Thelma Boysen, Joyce Buker, Ann Hays, LaVonne Leek, llarie lelson, Lloyed Hockem, Hilton Ieomn, Daruin Christ, and Bonnie Petrick. In our sophomore year we-slightly-more-polished people were joined by Lloyd Hyde, lary Thompson, Holly Lira, and Shirley Kofiinnis. lhen we again aseenbled, this time for our Junior year, we added to our roll Jeanine latkins, and Hilton Olsen. Ron Bidenour came in January, and in February Dennis and Alice Slonecker and Chester French joined the class. le put on an all girl play, titled 'On Account of Larry, in order to make money for the banquet and prom, which tradition allowed us the privelege UD of giving for the seniors. However, the play didn't pan out too well, from a financial stand- point, so we gave the banquet and prom mostly on our good looks , with the help of lies llese and our mothers. Finally in Septewer, 19148, the long awaited day arrived! le strolled casually into laldport High School, stifling our yawns of boredom, from the position of polished seniors, we looked down cn those lowly creatures known as Hooks. le found three people to Join us in our yawns-Kenneth Rolph, Norman libbenhorst, and Don lanlees. Norman, however, stayed with us only until Christmas, when he, Hilton Yeoman and Bonnie Patrick, who has been our presi- dent through most of our class journey, joined the armed forces. As ue, the now polished Senior class, look back through the last four years, we're sure that no other class could have had as much fun, despite our little ups and downs, in four years.
