The Waldorf Theatre Lompany presents SIX Characters In Search f 11 uthor CSe1 personaggi in cerca d autoreD On November 7 6 8, 1975, The Waldorf Theater Company took its audience on an exploration of the drama medium and presented Luigi Pirandello's Six Characters In Search Of An Author. Provocative and controversial ever since its first appearance, Six Characters could be said to have ushered in the modern Htheatre of the absurdng it was also an important factor in Pirandello's winning the 1935 Nobel Prize for Drama. Though regarded as Hpretty heavy stuff' by a number of the local critics, the play proved to be a valuable educational experience for members of the drama team, they came away with some keen insights of drama and Pirandelloism.
