Student Council has representatives from each cabin of grades 9 through 12. September-When we had our first meeting this year we realized our constitution was not as perfect as it should be and so undertook to revise it. This project was a year long job since we wanted it to be well done. November-A safety program was instituted aboard ship to try to prevent accidents and confusion. Cruisers were requested to vsalk on the right side of the decks not run from one cabin to another and not be too boisterous. Carmen Cascio blind pianist returned to play dur- ing an assembly under our sponsorship. December-Fred Haitman a magician performed during an assembly. Vanita Doolittle will certainly re- member this-it was her birthday and with Haitman s help she mad some birthday candy. There are many other jobs we representatives have taken care of during the year.- page thirty
