1 1ST DEDICATION If you were to visit Wakelon about 1:00 on a school day, you would probably see a group of boys gathered around—laughing, joking, teasing. Right in the midst of these boys would be the Coach. This is just one of his various pastimes. He can be seen teasing the girls... testing his World History Class...making the football players run laps.. .sponsoring the Monogram Club.. .or just walking on the football field contemplating. To the students of WHS there is no man who can com¬ pare with him—not only as a coach but as a man. He can be seen standing up for what he believes in or expressing his opinions on events no matter what others may think. It is with all the love, honor, and respect that words can never express, that we, the WAK-IGH-AN staff of ' 66, dedicate this y e a r b o o k to our beloved coach, teacher, friend... Our own. .. Maurice H. Chapman Donna Kimball, Junior Editor 4
