y Editor PETE CREECH Business Manager - SONNY PERRY I Assistant Editor - JUDY TEMPLE Assistant Business Manager - BETSY ALFORD 1 l Representatives JANE IHRIE BETTY BUNN FRANCES KIMBALL 7 2 JRemoriam We, the Annual Staff, respectfully present this edition of the Wak - Igh - An in memoriam to Curtis Rogers Arnold. Curt, as he was known to his friends, was kill¬ ed in an automobile accident the summer of his junior year, 1960. He was an out¬ standing student at Wakelon participating in the band, being on the football team, be¬ ing a member of the National Honor Society, and also being chosen as Alternate to Boys ' State. Curt possessed a personality that made him many friends and a devotion that made each friendship a lasting one. As this school year comes to an end we know that the heart of each and every sen¬ ior will be saddened because Curtis is not here to share their last days of companion¬ ship. The Annual Staff JOHN J.
