Jeanne Robertson has recently edveloped a new hair rinse. Now she can dye her hair some other color besides red. We hear that Ned Moss blushed so hard when he entered college that the professor asked him what race he belonged to. Norma Faye Bridges is still trying to decide if she wants to teach the third grade. Elton Chamblee was voted recently as the most handsome man east of the Rockies! Wayne Massey developed a mechanic brain. Now he can use this to keep his dates straight. Carlton Blackley has invented a new rocket. It is especially good for getting out of Mr. Whitten- ton's way. Bobby Murray has achieved the distinction of being the only person who has ever graduated from Wakelon High School knowing less when he graduated than when he started. Barbara Denton and Donald Fowler are now coaching basketball at Lizard Lick College. We understand Frances Bunn recently bought Lake Mirl so that she could have her own private swimming pool. As short as she was I never thoughtl would see Gloria Pearce going to college on tom-walkers. Margaret Oakley, after so much hearty eating and stenuous exercise. is still yelling. Give me strength! Our new editor of the Zebulon Record is Willa Bolton. She used to edit the school paper, Bu1l- dog Barks. Mr. Whittenton has hired Ruth Edwards. She was so quiet that he hired her to watch the rat holes. Linda Bridgers has joined Jack lCochman's Hell Drivers. Do you remember how she used to drive the Buick around like a streak of greased lightning? Anne Allman has a radio program in Zebulon. It is How to Eat and Be Slim. Kathryn Baker is at home out in Texas. We hear she's grumbling because everytime she tries to dig a well she strikes oil! Eva Pulley makes clocks. We hope she learns what time school takes in.. After ten years Ellen Ellington is still snooping around with her head in a garbage pail.

sgemkw has xmhlevy Zebulon, N.C. May 31, 1962 Dear Mrs. Privette. Golly, hasn't time flownsince we graduated? Those ten years certainly went by quickly. It seems like only yesterday that the Seniors of '52 were winning every contest and everyone wished that we would hurry and graduate so they could win something! I saw Betty Frances Edwards a few weeks ago. She's a stewardess on the Corinth-Holder Airlines, lnc. I was informed by her that nearly all of the Seniors were doing opposite from what they thought they would. Rena Moody is now manager of McClellan's Chain Stores. She graduated from Hunter's Five and Ten in Zebulon. A new hair-growing tonic has been developed by Bet Phillips. She probably got the formula from Phillips' Barber Shop. Patsy Brantley finally got to Hollywood. Ihear she's playing Frankinstein's wife. She got her start as a maid in the Senior play. Charles Brooks Finch has a new job with Santa Claus. l-le uses his nose as a fog horn. One of the Seniors, Inez Pearce, is a member of the Rolesville College faculty. She teaches How to Make Your Toni Last. Pattie Pearce is still determined to get married. She said Miss Palmer didn't teach her to fry eggs for nothing. Ben Allen Rhodes has been nominated as the only person whose voice can be heard on the moon. Doris Duke doesn't have too much time for studying now because she has to plan for hers and Roy's future. Bobby McGee has recently opened a lawn mower shop. He specializes in G. I. haircuts. We hear that Bobby Gill now has a private paper route. Rumor has it that Lawrence Liles plans to take over as Hopalong Cassidy whenever he can borrow a mule. Rose Pace is asking all her male friends, Are you fer it?

lean Richardson sent us a card from Mars. She said that she was building snowmen. Shirley Faulkner and Billy Hugh Bunn are on television every night. He is the Lemon Drop Kid and she's the Lemon Drop Sucker. Do you remember how Artelia Bailey always wanted to be a nurse? Well, she is now, for one of Zebulon's chief horse doctors, Bobby Perry. Wonder if they like their patients? Robert had to wait for Betty Lou to finish school: now she has to wait for him to get out of the Marines. Because Emestine Corbett could paint freckles so nice, she has taken over as Howdy-Doody on television. Melba Baker has opened a beauty shop in Hopkins'. She claims it costs too much to have S.G. 's hair fixed every week. Geraldine Hood is working at Westem Union. She got so many telegrams that she decided to save the boss a trip. Virginia Pearce is now secretary to one of Bunn's largest dairies. She makes the cows contented. Joyce Young has found a new way to sleep so that her dreams will be in technicolor. Ronald Fowler has just invented a new bicycle. Maybe now he can keep up with all of his girl friends. After several years, George Crowder has finally proved to the staff of the State Hospital that he isn't a patient and was only applying for a job. Henry Kitchings has moved to Rolesville, and has gone out for the professional football team at Rolesville College. We found, however, that one Senior is doing exactly as she said she was going to all through high school. She and Cooper have both resigned to raising lots of little Mosses. As for me l have been doing pretty well since I began installing parking meters out at Russell's. That's about all for now, I guess, Mrs. Privette. We did have some of the best times anyone could possible have in school. We'll never forget those times: nor will we ever forget you. Sincerely yours, Rose Holland Class Prophet
