SUPERINTENDENT Carved in a heavy oaken door of the Roycroft Inn, are these immortal words of the late Elbert Hubbard: The love you liberate in your work is the love you keep. To do great work, one must fall in love with his task. Artists and artisans have produced great masterpieces because they poured their whole soul into their creations. Devotion to an ideal brings to the scientist and engineer a thrill through new creations. Work that is done in the spirit of love glows with a mystic quality no one can explain.
