As a concocter of various schemes, he is Lord Pro- inietor of the Realm, and his ability as a busi- ness man was first manifested when he became Assistant Business Manager of the Weekly. Since then he has served the Ellis Hotel as its Business Manager. Filly is kind-hearted, and very generous — in othei- words, he is a chip off the old block. THOMAS XOIOIAS HAYES, B.A. Piirlear.
