S. was established by leading educators as a means of stimulating and promoting higher ideals of citizenship in intermediate schools. The Jr. N. H. ' 4 W Judge Ranceford Okada School Court Under the guidance of advisor, Mr. K i m ot o , tiie School Court modified its policies to cope with many of the school ' s problems in a more efficient manner. It was highly successful in curbing lawbreakers and helping students to adjust themselves to the disciplinary demands of the school.
